At the beginning of the meeting, Prince Hussein conveyed greetings from Jordan’s King Abdullah II to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The Saudi crown prince, in turn, asked him to convey the greetings of King Salman and his own greetings to the Jordanian monarch.

Jordan was represented by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Majdi Al-Harasis and Director of the Crown Prince’s Office Dr. Zaid Baqain.
