The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has dismantled a drug smuggling and trafficking network in Al Buraimi Governorate, marking another major anti-narcotics operation in the Sultanate. During the operation, police seized 25 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine.
According to the Royal Oman Police, the operation was carried out by the Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command. Authorities successfully uncovered the smuggling network and recovered 25 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as crystal meth.

The seizure is one of the latest anti-drug operations conducted by the Royal Oman Police as part of efforts to combat drug smuggling and trafficking in the country.
The Royal Oman Police confirmed that legal procedures have been initiated against the individuals involved in the case. Authorities did not provide further details about the suspects or the ongoing investigation.
The case is now being processed in accordance with the legal procedures followed by the Sultanate.
