A major fire broke out on Richmond Street West in downtown Toronto following explosions on the roof of a building under construction. Thick black smoke and towering flames were visible as emergency crews rushed to the scene.

Authorities reported that the blaze was triggered by ruptured propane cylinders, causing multiple explosions and intense flames. Firefighters responded swiftly to the two-alarm fire near Richmond Street West and John Street, managing to contain it successfully. No injuries have been reported, and investigations into the exact cause are ongoing.
